We want you and your Dachshund to love every purchase. Return any item within 30 days.

Your 30-day return window begins from the moment your boutique box of premium coats, treats, or ergonomic harnesses is delivered to your Dutch or British home.

To start your quick and easy return, simply notify our cozy Dachshund-loving team before sending items back.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned boutique items. We will return the funds directly to your original payment method with absolutely zero hassle.

Boutique Return Rules

To ensure your return is accepted, please check that:

• Purchased within 30 days

• In clean, original packaging

Non-returnable boutique items:

• Custom-tailored Dachshund coats made to your dog's specific chest measurements.

• Opened gourmet food, supplements, or perishable healthy dog treats.

• Hygiene-sensitive items like unsealed grooming accessories or worn intimate dog wear.

• Any items that have been heavily soiled, washed, or are covered in dog hair.

We kindly reserve the right to refuse returns of accessories or nutrition showing clear signs of pet wear or opening.

Shipping Back

You are responsible for shipping costs and risks. Please send returns to our Dutch headquarters:

We highly recommend using a trackable courier service. We cannot issue refunds for premium dog coats or harnesses that are lost in transit before reaching our warehouse.

Gifts:

If your dachshund gift was sent directly to you, we will issue a Teckelhuis digital gift card. Otherwise, we will refund the original purchaser who selected the gift.

For items not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent directly to them.
